Processing Times

• Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders typically ship within 2–3 days excluding weekends and holidays.
• Personalized Orders: Our average turn around time for personalized items is 1-2 weeks excluding weekends and holidays.  This can vary depending on product demand and time of year.  Please refer to the main header on our site for current turn around times.
• Custom Orders: Please refer to the custom order form for current processing times. These items are made just for you.

Rush orders may be available upon request for an additional fee.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

•    Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
•    We ship via USPS or UPS, depending on the size and destination of the package.
•    Free shipping may be offered during promotional events.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. Please reach out if you’re interested in international shipping—we’re happy to explore options on a case-by-case basis.

•    Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
•    Miller & Me is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect shipping information.  We cannot guarantee delivery dates
